What can you do?

• If you typed in the URL, check that you didn't make a typing mistake (a common error is to put .htm instead of .html at the end, or the other way round).
• If you followed a long URL from an emailed link, check that the link hasn't been split in two (some email systems do this if the URL is longer than one line). If this has happened, cut and paste both parts of the link into the browser address bar.
• If you followed a link from somewhere else on Mind Tools or from another site or e-mailed link, it would be really helpful if you could let us know, and we'll try our best to fix it.
